This Home Repair Program is a part of the Ford Good Neighbor Plan. The Plan covers residents within a 15-mile radius of the Blue Oval City plant in Stanton, TN and serves residents in Tipton, Haywood and Fayette Counties.

This program is for very low income and low-income families.

Vision Haywood County will utilize the services of a licensed home builder/inspector to inspect and make the agreed upon repairs for each selected property under this program. The homeowner will be required to sign off on the scope of services/repairs before any work is started. Only work identified in this agreement will be performed.

The property must be owner-occupied (not-for-rent) and should not have any adverse action against it. The owner should have a clear title to the property.

This program does not cover mobile home trailers or property that is part of a rent-to-own deal. The application will require the applicant to attest that all the ownership rights are correct, the mortgage information is accurate and that all taxes are paid.
