Community Assistance Program Guidelines

• The household must be extremely low income to very low income.
• All Household income must be reported for application consideration.
• Applicants must show proof/verification of income.
• Applicant must be a resident of Haywood County or reside within the 15-mile radius of the Blue Oval City plant if you live in Tipton or Fayette County.
• The applicant must be the valid property owner or renter of the property for which assistance is requested.
• Applicant must show the following documents/form of ID, lease, utility bill, property tax notice and/or other documentation as necessary.
• No services will be approved until the applicant has completed an application for assistance and provided the necessary documentation.
• Once the information is received and reviewed by a case manager, the applicant will be notified of their status.
